I liked the location because it was in an area that was good for me. The parking was tight, but it was close to the freeway, so that is about as good as it will get.

The location is a walking distance to Alamodome and a few blocks from downtown Riverwalk. So if your main focus in downtown area it’s perfect.

Perfect location close to downtown. The check in process was easy and room was very clean. Parking is free onsite compared to most hotels in the downtown area. We will gladly book here again on our next vacation.

Nora, the lady who welcomed us to the hotel was exceptional she could not have been more helpful, she stayed late after her shift as our train was late to make sure we got checked.in ok and was full of useful recommendations . Location was perfect for our 2 night stay 10 minutes walk from the Riverwalk 15 to the Alamo if I remember correctly. No breakfast was included but lots of good value diners nearby.. 5 minutes walk from Amtrak in a safe neighbourhood

It's in a kinda sad sketchy neighborhood, but the hotel itself is nice inside. So don't let the surrounding scare you off. Reserve parking in their lot ahead of time, and you're fine.

Our receptionist was the SWEETEST, super friendly, helpful, and informative. I wish I could remember names but I believe it was either Nora or Norma (we stayed October 7th and met her at around 5. Hopefully she gets credit because she truly was so sweet. Definitely want to book there again just because of her. Our room was super clean and the bed was so comfy we slept as soon as we got back from our night out. Also, I want to mention I'm very quick to notice anything that's dirty in the restroom and I was very surprised at how clean it was, even the shower was spotless.

I rode the train in so it was a great location, short walk and also a short walk from downtown for those who love a good walk.

The room was not a far walk from where we wanted to visit parking is high so we was able to walk from room to Alamo. Nothing fancy but good for the price!

The room was very clean and close to the Riverwalk . The spa tub was wonderful .
